“IT has been a long journey, from Sicily to New York City.
It started with a train: a small train on a lonely track in the middle of the countryside and then down to the sea. Each summer we took that train to spend holidays not far from Palermo: in Filaga, a small village full of small houses and many windows.
The sun was everywhere and in the evening – oh! In the evening Filaga magically turned into an ancient Nativity Scene: all the lights were lit in the streets, in the main square, in the church. And the windows were always open, as if to say: “let’s stay outside!” Old women sat by the door talking about their past days and their ailments. Often talking about their sons who lived far away.

Our Pizza Menu is sober and accurate, strongly traditional and tied to local products we mainly import from Italy: from Buffalo Mozzarella to the freshest vegetables. We only use Italian Organic Tomatoes for our sauce, freshly crushed and with just a little salt added. Fior di Latte Mozzarella from Italy is our choice of cheese: a beautiful white, clean and fresh cheese that we break by hand every day to ensure the perfect texture. Finally, we gently drizzle our pizza with a unique, delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sicily.
